RouterStats -Lite is a simplified version which needs hardly any setting up . It could also work with similar routers which are from the same "stable" as those listed.
RouterStats -Lite also has a "user-defined" router which should allow you to configure it to work with other routers not listed. This option isn't plug-n-play but should be relatively easy to set up.
